An IoT & LPWAN Hub for Calderdale

Things Calderdale is a hub for Internet of Things (IoT) and Low Power Wide Area Networks (LPWAN) activities in the metropolitan borough of Calderdale. It aims to support both commercial and non-commercial applications, via platforms for collaboration and experimentation.

Current initiatives include:

  • A free and open IoT data network (The Things Network)
  • An LPWAN experimentation test bed (IoTUK Boost)
  • A Monthly meet-up
